Web-based Inventory Control and Program Management

For organizations who exhibit with a variety or architectural and graphic solutions, or who use large amounts of collateral literature and promotional pieces, Skyline Pacific Northwest an employ exhibit management programs to manage you inventory in real time. this innovative web-based software portal allows you to manage all your exhibit requirements in a user-friendly browser environment from any computer with internet access, ensuring that you will never show up to a trade show without the equipment or supplies you need. Pre-show Exhibit Staging

We can hep eliminate surprises on the event floor by setting up your exhibit components in advance at our facility. We test all lights, check for missing or damaged pieces, and carefully repack you exhibit. If you have multiple configurations or graphics, staging allows us to provide you with a visual confirmation of your specified outbound shipment. It may also serve as as opportunity to meet with your event staff for pre-show training.

Shipping & Logistics Management

Skyline Pacific Northwest will arrange for drayage and shipping of your equipment through our trusted network of carriers. We will track your shipment from our facilities to your show destination to ensure your display is where you need it, when you need it there. We are always able to arrange the most economical shipping rates, routes, and methods available for you entire show schedule.

Installation & Dismantle Coordination

Our installation and dismantle service technicians are experiences in all disciplines of exhibit management, whether it's a national, international, or local show. For exhibitors in western Washington looking to travel to other domestic and international trade show venues, we are willing to board a plane to accompany your equipment to far off lands to ensure proper handling of your equipment. Or, we can coordinate your trade show installation and dismantle service through our worldwide Skyline dealer network. Our trained technicians are experts at working with show labor, show management and your marketing team. Skyline's regional service and rental depots combined with our worldwide dealer network make us capable of providing trade show service support wherever you exhibit.

Post-show Inspections

When your equipment returns to our storage facilities from a show, we inspect the crating and contents, and advise you of any normal or unusual wear and tear. When appropriate, we can initiate damage claims on our behalf, and provide estimates for any recommended repairs.

Repair & Refurbishment

Our careful handling minimizes damages to your exhibit while in storage. For normal wear and tear, or for damages due to unfortunate incidents on the show floor or while in transit, Skyline Pacific Northwest has direct access to replacement parts and graphics that are specific for your exhibit.

Exhibit Booth Rental

Our exhibit booth rental program provides the opportunity for you to enhance or expand your current exhibit for a particular event, when you have overlapping show dates or don't exhibit often enough to merit purchasing your own booth. Rental options range from large custom solutions to small displays to best fit your unique trade show objectives.
